BUCAMANTE 2012

Still red

Degrees: 13.5 °

Grapes:

Malbo Gentile 100% from its own grapes, autochthonous of the Modena area cultivated on the hills of Basso Frignano at 500 meters above sea level (“Sperimentale” - “Castagneto” vineyards), production per hectare approx. 55 quintals, manual harvesting in 25 kg boxes.

Vinification:

The harvested grapes are taken to the cellar during the day, de-stemmed, they naturally ferment on the skins for 4/6 days until the desired color is reached and continue in must until all the sugars are consumed. Once the necessary sugar level has been reached, the refinement in oak barrels is continued for at least 6 months, continuing the refinement in the bottle.

Features:

It develops in the glass with a concentrated color that recalls the shade of ruby-red. The range of aromas moves on fruity notes (ripe plum and black cherries), from which light hints of spices emerge. Full-bodied on the palate, flowing with harmony, always pleasant to drink with an aromatic finish.
